Role & responsibilities
1. Target and secure profitable new business in line with marketing/ sales strategy by effectively targeting prospective accounts, creating in-depth prospect profiles, building relationships and securing the business.
2. Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace impacting customers. Maintain a working knowledge of company products and those of the competitors and share this information with leadership.
3. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking etc.
4. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
5. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
6. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
7. Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
8. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Preferred candidate profile
Should have prior working experience in B2B sales with exposure in chemical Sales or in any kind industrial product sales.
Diploma/ B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical/ Electrical Engineering.
B.SC candidates are also eligible.
Should be comfortable for travelling outof Kolkata for 10-12 days.
