Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat ina timely and professional manner.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with IT productsor services.
Provide step-by-step solutions to clients and escalateissues to the technical team when necessary.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions inthe company s support system.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services,and updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customerissues are resolved and customer feedback is incorporated.
Assist in creating and updating support documentation andtraining materials.
