VSM Software - Flexcube Developer (8-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Flexcube customizations.

- Develop and implement custom solutions within the Flexcube framework, including modifications to existing functionalities, development of new features, and integrations with third-party systems.

- Ensure the quality and stability of all customizations through rigorous testing and debugging.

- Provide technical support for existing Flexcube implementations, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and performing maintenance activities.

- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential problems.

- Assist in the resolution of production issues and provide timely support to end-users.

- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and go-live support.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure project success.

- Adhere to project timelines and budgets while maintaining high quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in the banking domain, with a strong focus on Retail Banking.

- In-depth experience in customizing and supporting Flexcube Core Banking Application (FCR India version).

- Proven experience in either Flexcube implementation projects or application support roles.

- Strong understanding of Flexcube architecture, components, and functionalities.

- Excellent knowledge of Java, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable :

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, web services).

- Experience with database administration and performance tuning. Certifications in Flexcube or related technologies.
