Hiring Product Manager Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Development &Secure Payment Processing

• Build and design a visually appealinguser-friendly& mobile-responsive

websitewith intuitivenavigation,preferably using the BigCommerce platform.

• Add product listings: Write clear descriptions, upload high-quality images, and

set competitive pricing based on Market Research and trends.

• Implement Essential Features including:
• Product catalog management

• Shopping cart functionality
• Secure checkout process and ensure secure payment processing to protect

customer data.

• Order tracking
• Customer account management
• Website security
• Set up payment gateways that Integrate withthe selected platform(not all

options below are needed):

• Credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, or Square
• Digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• Financing to Buy Now, Pay Lateroptions like: Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, or

PayPal Pay Later.

2. Product Sourcing & Inventory Management:

• Source reliable dropshipping suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers
• Preference for American suppliers to ensure faster delivery times &higher

quality items.

• Acceptable use of overseas suppliers for bulkand specialized items, as

long as delivery timelines are listed on the site & established with the

supplier.

• Quality assurance testing optionsneeds to be available especially for bulk

items.

• Establish processes and manage inventory and order fulfillment with suppliers,

ensuring products are stocked, available, and delivered to customers

accurately and on time.

3. Branding and Marketing

• Develop and manage branding strategies
• Logo and branding materialcreation defining a consistent and memorable

brand voice across all channels to support the overall brand identity.

SEO and Content Marketing:

• Conduct and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility.
• Develop and execute content marketing plans to drive organic traffic.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Manage marketing efforts across relevant social media platforms to grow

brand awareness and engagement.

Email Marketing:

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to retain customers,

promote new products or offers, and engage through automated workflows.

4. Launch of Store

• Test the website: Ensure all features are functional.
• Promote your launch: Using social media, email lists, and press releases to

promote your launch.

• Offer promotions: Attract initial customers with discounts or free shipping.

5. Manage and Scale

• Analyze site performance
• Customer support: Provide excellent support through chat, email, or phone.
• Expand product range: Add new products based on market demand and

trends.
