We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks, while also taking on the of cold calling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong background in customer service and sales. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely, providing valuable assistance to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform cold calling to prospective clients/customers and initiate conversations to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain a database of potential leads and update contact information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and interest level, and appropriately categorize and prioritize them for follow-up.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring optimal utilization of their time and resources.
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling email correspondence, and preparing reports as needed.
-Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other general administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns, track results, and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements
-Strong cold calling skills, with a track record of successful lead generation and sales.
-Candidates with proficiency in Hindi, English and Punjabi will be preferred with excellent communication skills
-Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and communication.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Familiarity with sales techniques and a good understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
-Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and online tools.
-High level of professionalism and integrity, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
