Job Description
We need to fill Virtual Assistant job openings in Kolkata! This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks for clients. The ideal candidate would have a solid background in office work. This is a fully remote position, with occasional visits to the office for training.
Roles & Responsibilities - Must be technology adept.
- Ability to act with integrity and appropriately respect and handle confidential information.
- Excellent English, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A highly motivated individual who brings a lot of energy and has a great work ethic.
- Proven work experience as an assistant or relevant administrative role.
- A Bachelor s Degree is a bonus.
- Must be good with Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
- Must be a good typist and notetaker.
- Ability to manage internal and external communications including emails, messaging, memos, and reports.
- Ability to work evenings, with a possibility of a split schedule to accommodate multiple time zones(preferably EST).
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
- High degree of professionalism.
- Good time-management skills, multitasking ability, with a positive attitude.
