Role & responsibilities:
1. Contacting potential customers and informing them about our products and services with excellent profiling and pitching skills.
2. Answer all queries and doubts about products and services.
3. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
4. Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
5. Prepare, and submit daily and weekly reports to the management.
6. Achieve weekly and monthly targets in a high-performance-driven competitive environment.
7. Initiating telephonic conversations with clients or connecting with them on Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
8. Generate and maintain the sales pipeline.
9. Ability to network and build lasting relationships.
10. Go the "extra mile"; to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
11. Analyze the customer and be well-versed in objection handling and managing different situations during the call.
12. Analyzing and sharing active feedback about customer behavior, market demands, and competition with the marketing team
Qualification:
1. Any bachelor's degree with a highly creative mind and experience can apply.
2. Ability to analyze market trends
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Problem-solving skills
5. Preference to candidates having prior IT Sales experience.
6. Familiarity with sales, CRM, and key computer software like MS Office, MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
7. Active listening with good grasping power 8. Must be target-oriented and love to interact with different people everyday.
