Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes such as onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
Administer employee benefits, insurance, and welfare programs.
Manage and coordinate HR documentation and compliance with statutory requirements, such as labour laws and company policies.
Ensure timely processing of employee documentation and induction programs for new hires.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal company policies related to HR operations.
Assist the payroll team by ensuring accurate data related to attendance, overtime, leaves, and salary changes is provided.
Support in the administration of compensation, benefits, and incentives as per the company's policies.
Education & Experiences:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the manufacturing or steel industry. Knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, and HR compliance.
