Vrata Tech Solutions - SAP Consultant - Implementation & Support (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct workshops and interviews with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.

- Document and analyze business requirements, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.

- Design and configure SAP modules (e.g, FI, CO, MM, SD, PP) to meet client requirements.

- Develop and test custom solutions using ABAP or other relevant technologies.

- Prepare and execute unit tests and integration tests.

- Participate in all phases of the SAP implementation lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and go-live support.

- Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and conducting user training.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.

- Effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and team members.

- Keep abreast of the latest SAP releases, technologies, and best practices.

- Participate in training and certifications to enhance your skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience in SAP implementation and support projects.

- Strong understanding of SAP core modules (e.g, FI, CO, MM, SD, PP).

- Experience in at least one of the following areas :

1. SAP S/4HANA

2. SAP Cloud solutions (e.g, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors)

3. SAP Integration technologies (e.g, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration)

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- SAP certifications (preferred).

Desired Skills :

- Experience in Agile methodologies.

- Experience in project management.

- Knowledge of industry-specific best practices.

- Proficiency in ABAP programming
