Vrata Tech Solutions - Senior/Lead SAP Consultant - Implementation & Support (6-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute the overall SAP strategy, roadmap, and vision in alignment with business goals.

- Lead and manage all phases of the SAP lifecycle, including implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and support.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP processes and maximize ROI.

- Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and industry best practices.

- Deep understanding of SAP modules (e.g, FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW/4HANA) and their integration points.

- Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA.

- Strong knowledge of SAP technologies such as ABAP, SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Integration Suite.

- Experience with SAP Fiori and other user experience (UX) enhancements.

- Lead and manage complex SAP projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and successful delivery.

- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Manage project risks and issues effectively.

- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of SAP consultants and developers.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

- Recruit, train, and develop team members.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders across all departments.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns.

- Lead and manage change effectively within the organization related to SAP implementations and upgrades.

- Communicate the value of change to stakeholders and address any resistance.

- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, support, and enhancement projects.

- Proven experience in leading and managing SAP projects from inception to completion.

- Strong understanding of SAP best practices and methodologies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

- SAP certifications (e.g, SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus
