Customer Support and Experience Executive

We are looking for a dedicated  Customer Support & Experience Executive  to manage customer interactions and enhance their experience with our product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive product demos and resolving customer queries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all users. 

Key Responsibilities:

Product Demos:

• Conduct virtual demos of our software for potential clients
• Explain product features, highlight benefits, and ensure clients understand how the platform can solve their accounting challenges

Customer Support:

• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to software installation, connectivity issues, bugs, and pricing plans
• Provide technical support and guidance on using the software

Lead Conversion:

• Follow up with potential customers and leads after demos.
• Nurture relationships and convert leads into paying customers.
• Build rapport with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Technical Knowledge

• Proficient in Tally and  Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of  accounting principles.

2. Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in  Hindi  and  English.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

3. Sales & Customer Experience:

• Prior experience in  software sales or customer support  is a plus.
