Electrical Engineer II

• Understands the customer requirement and converting it to product requirement.
• Design based on requirements and deliver the solution like cable/wiring harness design, drafting & Bill of material management through Windchill & SAP
• Project planning & ensuring timely delivery of products/parts.
• Design FMEA preparation
• System Integrator of product during Product builds- Proto Component/Systems and solving concerns
• Change management through system and working with CFT for implementation.
• Supports Internal and certifications team on test setup creations.
• Problem solving for electronics commodity for Internal and external complaints and field monitoring.
• VAVE idea generation and implementation across product lines
• Supports localization efforts.
• EMS management for NPD, Change management & DFM resolutions.
• Obsoletion management of Electronics
• Supports Hardware and Software validation on problem solving.
• Monitoring and driving Engineering KPIs

Education & Experience: The ideal candidate will have .
Total Experience in years: 4 to 8 years
Graduation/ Degree: BE Electronics/ BTech Electronics

 

Background and Skills: The ideal candidate will have.
Domain (Preferred Industry) Industrial, Medical, Automobile, Payment & Banking, OEM

Skills required
* Understands the customer requirement and converting it to product requirement.
* Project planning & ensuring timely delivery of multiple product lines products/parts on electrical discipline.
* Experience on managing 3-4 size team deliveries and corking with CFT for delivery
* Design FMEA & documentation
* Schematic and Layout understanding
* Knowledge on system integration
* Knowledge on Embedded system and its sub systems and various communications
* Knowledge on Power supply AC/DC, DC/DC power supply
* Hand on experience on instrument handling like DMM, Oscilloscope & Dataloggers
* Firsthand Compliance of products/parts as per international standard like IEC6100/OIML/Atex/CE and automobile standards
* Hardware proto build and EMS coordination, DFM resolutions & Change management
* EMI/EMC, Functional, Environmental validation of Hardware and integration with software
* Hardware release - BOM, Gerber and assembly through Windchill & SAP
* Helping Integrator of product during Product builds- Proto Component/Systems and solving concerns
* Problem solving for electronics commodity for Internal and external complaints and field monitoring using JIRA.
* Product cost analysis, VAVE ideation and implementation
* Obsoletion management of Electronics
* Product life cycle management
* Tools set MS office, AutoCAD, JIRA
