The Sr Tech Recruiter will spearhead the strategy, execution, and delivery of our hiring initiatives, aligning with our ambitious growth plan for the next few years. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in tech recruitment, team leadership, and employer branding, ensuring the attraction, engagement, and retention of top-tier talent.

Role Description:

  • Source, interview, and organize a proactive candidate pipeline for both active & passive candidates.
  • Write and edit job descriptions, and post to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) system and additional job boards.
  • Accurately maintain candidate and job information in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage sourcing tools, including Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and more.
  • Evaluate candidate fit by engaging both technical and Competencies interviewing techniques.
  • Manage full life cycle talent acquisition processes for the vacancy positions from sourcing to closing the process, ensuring a positive experience to the candidate and internal customers
  • Handle salary negotiations & release job offers.
  • Provides and updates weekly vacancies progress and status as needed to Hiring Manager.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
  • Provide talent acquisition advice, consultation, and share best practices to fill roles in the most efficient and effective way possible.
  • Ensures compliance with day-to-day, local regulations.
  • Participates in various networking sessions with industry contacts & be aware of the latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
  • Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals.
  • Write and implement social media job marketing campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, PXBP and other areas involved.
  • Forecast recruitment budgets.
What youll bring

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor s / Master s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in recruitment life cycle, with IT/ ITES/ automotive/ technical recruiting.
  • A good understanding of sourcing technology and technical skills using sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Proven ability to act independently to screen resumes, interview candidates, submit candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and more.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams) & sourcing tools.
  • Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to independently negotiate with candidates and clients, as necessary.
  • Proven experience utilizing social media to conduct job marketing campaigns and branding strategies.
  • Proven ability to accurately maintain candidate and job information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams.
  • High attention to detail to write and edit job descriptions, proofread, and format resumes, and accurately gather information from client requisitions.
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices
  • Knowledge of Agile project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc would be an added advantage.
