Responsibilities:
1)Build and maintain relationships with corporate mutual distributor (MFD) partners.
2)Drive business growth by onboarding new corporate MFDs and expanding relationships with existing partners.
3)Conduct regular performance reviews, setting sales targets, and ensuring mutual business alignment.
4)Educate MFD partners about the Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF) product, benefits, and processes.
5)Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns and tools to support partner sales efforts.
6)Monitor the performance of sub-brokers under MFDs and identify areas for improvement.
7)Address partner queries, ensure smooth communication, and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Qualifications:
1)Tier 1-2 college Bachelor's degree or MBA (MBA/PGDM in finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred).
2)3-6 years of experience in B2B relationship management, preferably in financial services.
3)Strong understanding of mutual funds, LAS products, and distributor ecosystems.
4)Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
5)Analytical mindset and ability to track and report performance metrics effectively.
6)Soft Skills: Relationship building, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution.
7)Mindset: Result-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
8)Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, basic Excel/reporting, and an understanding of financial products.
