Project Coordinator (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:
• Coordinate with project consultants, clients, and contractors.
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between all parties involved in the project.
• Design and Engineering Review:
• Check the design and engineering aspects of building structures and foundations.
• Material and Audit Management:
• Preparation of bills of materials.
• Conduct civil work audits and manage measurement billings.

Key Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:
• BE Civil or
• Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum Experience: 8 to 9 years in civil works.
• Relevant Experience: Prior experience in executing civil works projects, specifically foundations and buildings.
