Growth Analyst

Mandatory skill set :

Tools required :

• Python
• Excel / Google sheet
• SQL
• Redash / Power BI
• Knowledge of SEO ( Search engine optimisation ) and SEM ( Search engine marketing )
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Mixpanel or Amplitude to track website or product metrics
• CRM tools like Hubspot / Zoho / Salesforce to run a campaign

Others

• Ability to analyze large datasets to identify growth opportunities.
• Understanding how to design A/ B testing, run, and analyze A/B tests to drive growth decisions
• Statistical Analysis, critical thinking Business Acumen
• Familiarity with various channels (paid ads, SEO, email marketing, content marketing) and how they drive growth
• Previous experience in Campaign management to drive Growth is a must

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and execute strategies that can scale user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Customer segmentation and A/B testing to create a targeted strategy
• Proficiency in defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that directly correlate to growth (e.g., LTV, CAC, Churn Rate, etc.)
• Ability to identify problems and come up with data-driven solutions
• Critical thinking, Goal oriented and able to work with cross-functional teams to thrive in a start-up environment
