- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to achieve dealership profitability and market share in a challenging market.

- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, fleet owners, and industry stakeholders to ensure long-term loyalty. Handle escalations effectively to maintain customer satisfaction in a tough market.
- Financial Health: Manage the dealerships financial health by controlling costs, ensuring revenue growth, and analyzing P&L statements regularly.
- Team Management and Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent across sales, service, and operations teams. Conduct regular training and motivational programs to boost employee performance
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and OEM guidelines.
- Marketing and Promotions: Oversee marketing initiatives, focusing on innovative, cost-effective campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Service Excellence: Ensure a high standard of aftersales service, enhancing customer loyalty and repeat business.
