Sr. Executive - Sales Export

Responsible for day-to-day operation, documentations including Import Export activities and Institutional International Sales, Ordering, Collection, Logistics, Sale Return handling , Cost Sheet Supply Chain management.

Understanding of Export Invoices ,Domestic invoicing, debit credit noted, account confirmation, party ledger compilations and related accounting entries.

Working knowledge to operate DGFT, PQMS trade.gov.in portals.

Necessary coordination with Government body (DGFT, ICC, Plant Quarantine etc), Govt Labs, non-Government organization, Customer company/organization, cooperatives, Shipping agents, Plant, QA, CHA and other associated entities

Supply chain management, Inventory Management for Institutional International Business partners.

Responsible for coordination with Bank for LC (Letter of Credit), BRC (Bank Realization Certificates), banking documents preparations.

Other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.

Assist to General Manager (IB) on assigned task and responsible to apply those plans on best possible way

Other Responsibilities:

1. Research, track, and analyse trends and implement research into digital campaigns
2. Search Engine Optimization.

• Skill Set: 1.IT Skill: Good Command over Excel

Education Qualification

• Bachelor of Commerce
• Master of Business Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Management - General Management
• Any Graduate
