MIS Reporting:
Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports by collecting and summarizing data from
various departments.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management on key metrics, trends, and
operational insights.
Banking Operations:
Monitor daily banking receivable transactions and reconciliations.
Maintain proper documentation for banking-related operations and assist in audit
processes.
Scheme Calculation Analysis:
Calculate and validate sales schemes, discounts, and promotional offers for various
customers and dealerships.
Maintain records of scheme claims and ensure accurate accounting.
Analyze the performance and financial impact of schemes, providing actionable insights
to management.
Audit Reporting:
Ensure the correctness of authorizations and data entry in financial transactions.
Focus on assisting in revenue and inventory audits.
Prepare reports and dashboards for key stakeholders, highlighting trends and issues.

Qualifications Requirements:
1. Educational Requirements:
Bachelor s/Masters Degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
2. Experience: (MANDATORY)
2+ years of experience in MIS reporting or finance operations preferred.
3. Required Skills:
Accounting Auditing Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic accounting
and auditing principles.
Business Acumen: Sharp analytical skills for interpreting business data and
contributing to strategic decision-making.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
tools.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining
accuracy and quality.

and reporting.
