Logistics Executive

Order Management: Manage customer orders, approvals, and ensure timely dispatch.
Commercial Coordination: Handle cash discount calculations, scheme accounting, and
credit note issuance.
Sales Support: Process sales returns, inter-party transfers, and maintain accurate
documentation.
MIS Reporting: Prepare and share periodic reports on order processing, credit notes,
and sales summaries.

Qualifications Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Experience: (MANDATORY)
2+ years of experience in order processing, sales coordination, or commercial
operations.
Required Skills:
Order Process Management: Timely and accurate handling of order processing
tasks.
Documentation Reporting: Strong skills in report preparation and record
management.
Communication: Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data handling and document verification.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace tools, and
ERP systems.
