Job Title : Oracle Cloud Project Manager (Programme Manager at Offshore).
Location : Pune.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Evaluate project/business requirements and formulate detailed project plans.
- Communicate project parameters, policies, and processes.
- Establish the project ecosystem and build the necessary teams to execute the plan.
- Execute project plans, monitor progress, generate status reports, and manage project closure.
Process and Quality Management :
- Oversee project lifecycles, including development and maintenance projects.
- Ensure adherence to estimation methodologies, quality processes, and timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement :
- Collaborate with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, and create project charters.
- Manage tasks, resources, and timelines, and address stakeholder concerns effectively.
Technical Expertise :
- Leverage knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies for successful project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and Oracle ERP advancements.
- Understand domain-specific requirements and functionality to align projects with business goals.
Leadership & Communication :
- Exhibit strong leadership skills to drive large-scale projects involving on-premises and cloud platforms.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, including executive-level presentations and whiteboarding.
- Manage challenging stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals.
Required Qualifications :
Experience :
- At least 12+ years of experience working on Oracle ERP.
- Minimum 5+ years in project management roles for Oracle Cloud (SaaS & PaaS platforms).
Skills :
- Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and task/resource coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Knowledge of estimation methodologies and project lifecycles.
- Familiarity with SDLC, agile methodologies, and quality processes.
Soft Skills :
- Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Executive speaking and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to manage virtual teams and multi-stakeholder environments.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working with public sector clients.
- Knowledge of programming languages, architecture frameworks, and design principles.
- Performance engineering and technology management expertise.
- Ability to establish procedural guidelines and standards for Oracle ERP teams.
