Oracle Retail Functional Consultant (3-9 yrs)

Job Title : Oracle Retail Functional Consultant.

Experience : 3 to 9 years.

Job Location : Hyderabad , Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, NCR / Delhi , Kolkata.

Key Skills & Expertise :

Core Competency :

- At least 3-9 years of hands-on experience working on Oracle Retail platforms and products.

Technical Proficiency :

- Familiarity with Oracle Retail implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps).

Strong experience with the Merchandizing Operations Management (MOM) suite, including :

- RMS/MFCS (Retail Merchandising System / Merchandising Foundation Cloud Services).

- ReSA/SACS (Retail Sales Audit / Sales Audit Cloud Services).

- ReIM/IMCS (Retail Invoice Matching / Invoice Matching Cloud Services).

Allocations :

- RPM/PCS (Retail Price Management / Price Cloud Services).

- Expertise in Stores applications like SIOCS/SIM (Store Inventory Operations Cloud Services / Store Inventory Management).

- Knowledge of business process transformation using Oracle Retail products and technologies.

Project Experience :

- Participation in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail project implementation.

- Exposure to fit-gap analysis, creating functional design documentation, and breaking down business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Experience collaborating with technical teams to address functional clarifications.

Value-Added Skills (Preferred) :

- Experience with Oracle Retail Cloud platforms.

- Exposure to client workshops and process design.

- Knowledge of Retail Commerce Cloud, Retail Order Management, and Order Broker services (advantageous but not mandatory).

Responsibilities :

- Drive Oracle Retail product implementations and ensure alignment with business requirements.

- Conduct fit-gap analyses, create detailed functional design documentation, and guide technical teams during development cycles.

- Lead discussions and workshops with clients to design and optimize business processes.

- Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Retail suite products to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
