With a range of services including Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance and Warehousing services.

Job Overview. As an Customer Service Executive at VYUH Logistics Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the import and export operations of the company. This role involves ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, managing documentation, and coordinating with customs agents, shipping lines, and other stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across borders.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in international business, supply chain management, or a related field.

Proven experience in import and export operations, preferably in the logistics industry.

In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle shipping and customs-related issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics software.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Roles And Responsibilities. Manage and coordinate import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Prepare and submit necessary import and export documentation, including customs clearance paperwork.

Coordinate with customs agents, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and delivery information.

Handle and resolve any issues or delays in shipment, customs clearance, or transportation.

Stay updated with changes in import and export regulations and communicate updates to relevant teams.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
