Import Documentation Executive/Sr Executive Freight Division

Role & responsibilities

• Customer & Overseas Co-Ordination.
• Scrutinize manifest before filing with carriers and co-loaders.
• Prepare manifest through Odex and request carrier invoices.
• Ensure seamless coordination with customers, carriers and internal team.
• Preparing cost sheet/freight invoices/CAN and releasing NOC To Customers Upon all necessary endorsements and original BL.
• Follow-up on payment and ensure timely settlement to carriers and from customers.
