Role Overview

V Care Financial Services is seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resource Manager who excels in both recruitment and administrative HR functions. This role is crucial in ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining efficient HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, talent acquisition strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance frameworks to support a high-performance culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Utilize multiple recruitment channels (job portals, social media, referrals) for effective hiring.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.

2. HR Administration & Compliance

• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with labor laws.
• Ensure smooth HR operations, including payroll processing, leave management, and documentation.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations.
• Handle grievances and ensure workplace policies are enforced effectively.

3. Employee Engagement & Retention

• Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee satisfaction surveys.
• Foster a positive work culture and support initiatives that enhance employee well-being.

4. Performance Management & HR Strategy

• Work closely with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in workforce planning and succession planning for key roles.

Specific Requirements

1. Prior experience in HR recruitment and administration is preferred.
2. Past experience in HR & Admin role, handling salary slips in variable payout
3. Strong understanding of HR and Recruitment processes 
4. Ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. The candidate has handled mass hiring previously.

Basic Requirements

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the financial services industry.
3. Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil is an added advantage.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.

Work Details

• Location: Office-based (Jayanagar)
• Office timing: 10:30-6:30
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Salary: 35k-50k
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives available
