Oversee day-to-day operations of the department. Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Monitor and report on departmental performance and progress towards goals. Coordinate with other departments or functions within the organization to achieve cross-functional goals. Manage projects and initiatives within the department, including developing project plans and monitoring progress.
