We areseeking a results-driven Paid Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize ourdigital ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook platforms.
The idealcandidate will have a proven ability to create high-performing campaigns thatdrive conversions and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paidadvertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. Audience Targeting: Identify target audiences and develop strategies toeffectively reach them through segmentation and personalized ad content. Ad Creation: Collaborate with the design and content teams to developengaging ad creatives and copy that align with the campaign objectives. Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximizeROI while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Performance Analysis: T4rack and analyze campaign performance metrics(CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and prepare regular performance reports. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landingpages to determine the best-performing variations. Keyword Research: Perform keyword research and optimization for GoogleAds to ensure campaigns are targeted and relevant. Retargeting: Develop and implement effective retargeting strategies tore-engage users and increase conversions. Stay Updated: Keep up with platform updates, new advertising features,and emerging trends in digital marketing.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills Education:
Bachelordegree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid adcampaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Certifications: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or LinkedInMarketing certifications are a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Facebook AdsManager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong understanding of PPC, biddingstrategies, and campaign optimization. Knowledge of analytics tools such asGoogle Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented withexcellent time management skills.
PreferredSkills Experience in creating and managing remarketing campaigns.
Familiaritywith landing page optimization tools like Unbounce or Instapage. Basicknowledge of SEO and its integration with paid campaigns.
