Roles and responsibilities :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific job requirements for open positions.
• Conduct job analysis to create accurate job descriptions and specifications that outline the skills, qualifications, and experience required.
• Use a variety of channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates through cold calling or networking.
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications and experience required.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Shortlist candidates for interviews with hiring managers or department heads.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare candidates for the interview process by providing relevant information about the role and the company.
• Ensure the interview process runs smoothly by managing logistics and following up with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct or coordinate technical assessments, skills tests, or other evaluations to gauge the candidate's competencies.
• Gather feedback from interviewers to assess the candidates suitability for the role.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the evaluation process.

Skills and Qualification

• Bcom/BA/BBA or any graduate is a must.
• 2 5 years experience in Civil/Mechanical/Mfng recruitment.
• Sound exposure to Job Portals, Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, Timesindia etc.
• Experience working in MSOffice Excel and Word
• Excellent spoken and written communication
