Summary :

Project Coordinator (Construction & Engineering) responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Ultimately, the Project Coordinators duties are to ensure all time support to Project Managers in completing all on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
2. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
3. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
4. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
5. Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve
6. Help prepare budgets
7. Analyze risks and opportunities
8. Oversee project procurement management
9. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
10. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
11. Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
12. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
13. Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
14. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
15. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Qualification and Skills

1. BE-Civil - A graduate in Civil engineering and construction.
2. Minimum 8+ yrs in project coordination.
3. Excellent spoken English communication for smooth coordination with project managers and inter-department.
4. Expertise in writing drafts and mail to clients and customers
5. Work experience in PRIMAVERA, STAADPro, MSProjects could be a value add.
6. Willing to work in US Shift (preferable 6.00 pm 3.00 am IST)
