We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance our SaaS offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership sales within the SaaS industry and a deep understanding of the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partnership Development:
    1. Identify and target potential partners aligned with our SaaS solutions and growth objectives.
    2. Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  2. Revenue Generation:
    1. Drive revenue through partnerships by creating joint sales strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and referral programs.
  3. Market Analysis:
    1. Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform partnership strategies.
    2. Leverage insights to position the company as a preferred partner in the SaaS space.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination:
    1. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partnership success.
    2. Align partnership activities with the company's overall sales and marketing objectives.
  5. Performance Tracking:
    1. Develop and monitor KPIs for partnership performance.
    2. Regularly report on metrics, milestones, and ROI to stakeholders.


Required Qualifications

  1. Experience:
  2. 4-7 years of experience in partnership sales or business development, specifically within the SaaS industry.
  3. Demonstrated success in building and scaling partnerships that drive revenue.
  4. Skills and Competencies:
  5. Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
  8. Knowledge of SaaS business models, platforms, and tools.
