The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving growth and building client relationships across global markets, including the US, Europe, and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the SaaS industry, demonstrating a strong ability to identify opportunities, craft strategic partnerships, and manage the entire sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in SaaS products.
• Identify and engage with prospective clients across diverse regions (US, Europe, Middle East).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions and ensure seamless delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Qualifications:

• 4-9 years of experience in business development or sales within the SaaS industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving goals.
