Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to drive our people agenda, ensuring a structured and data-driven approach to talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in assessment-driven hiring, competency mapping, and HR analytics, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Assessment Centers
- Develop and implement structured hiring processes, including assessment centers for evaluating role fitment, especially in sales and customer-facing roles.
- Design competency-based recruitment frameworks to ensure objective candidate evaluation.
- Establish a mix of sourcing strategies beyond referrals, incorporating data-driven hiring techniques.
Collaborate with business leaders to define key success metrics for hiring and retention.
2. Performance Management & Appraisal Systems
- Design and implement a robust Performance Appraisal System, integrating OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, and 360-degree feedback mechanisms.
- Drive continuous performance evaluation models, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Introduce data-backed insights and benchmarking for performance reviews and career progression planning.
3. Questionnaire Design & Competency Mapping
Develop customized assessment questionnaires for different roles, ensuring structured talent evaluation.
Lead competency mapping exercises, ensuring employees' skills align with business objectives.
Establish behavioral and technical interview frameworks to standardize hiring assessments.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Create and execute employee engagement strategies, including pulse surveys, feedback loops, and well-being initiatives.
- Implement structured onboarding and career development programs to drive employee satisfaction.
- Drive DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Introduce retention strategies focused on career progression, leadership engagement, and reward programs.
5. HR Technology & Analytics
- Leverage HR analytics to track hiring effectiveness, performance trends, and engagement metrics.
- Implement modern HRMS tools for automation and efficiency in HR operations.
- Utilize predictive analytics to enhance talent management and succession planning.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a strategic HR leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Expertise in talent assessment centers, competency mapping, and structured hiring methodologies.
- Strong background in performance management frameworks (OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, 360-degree feedback).
- Experience in questionnaire design for candidate assessment and employee engagement surveys.
- Ability to build and drive employee engagement programs that foster culture and retention.
- Proficiency in HR technology, HR analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
