HR Business Partner (7-15 yrs)

Job Description:

- Due to an increase in business and a continued plan for growth, we are seeking an experienced Human Resource specialist to join our team on a permanent basis.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field.

- They should be comfortable recruiting and onboarding new candidates as well as assisting employees while at work.

- This candidate should work closely with management and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

The duties will include:

- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication with and between client stakeholders and employees.

- Provide consulting, advisory support, and team leadership on Human Resources programs, procedures, and services to drive business requirements and promote employee engagement.

- Assist and lead implementation of programs and processes in collaboration with Center of Expertise (COE).

- Plan and implement Global Talent Management (GTM) initiatives to support the business goals.

- Promote the consistent application of workforce programs and policies.

- Provide consulting and advisory support on performance management, organizational structure and effectiveness.

- Responsible for executing tasks based on established processes and procedures relating to all aspects of the employee life cycle including benefits, compensation, exit management, health & safety, learning & development, rewards & recognition, staffing & recruitment, and talent management.
