Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Deal Origination: Identify potential clients in the SCF domain through self-sourcing, target market techniques, and referral networks.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with CFOs, Treasury Heads, and senior decision-makers at large/medium corporates (turnover > 500 crores) to explore SCF financing opportunities.
- Deal Structuring & Execution: Lead the structuring, sanctioning, and disbursement of SCF products. Tailor SCF solutions to clients' unique business models, payment cycles, and vendor/sales management operations.
- Vendor Onboarding & Portfolio Growth: Extract vendor data from anchors, onboard suppliers, and work to increase the utilization of financial limits.
- Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders: Work in close coordination with Credit, Operations, Legal & Compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and resolution of client queries.
- Portfolio Management & Maintenance: Ensure ongoing portfolio health by managing existing SCF clients, facilitating renewals, limit enhancements, and maintaining overall portfolio hygiene.
- Process Optimization: Follow established processes and contribute to the optimization and improvement of internal operations for better efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in the banking/financing domain, preferably in Supply Chain Finance or a related field.
- Strong experience in deal origination, structuring, and client management.
- A keen interest in exploring new-age financial markets and digital B2B lending.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Finance.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of financial statements, including Balance Sheets and P&L.
- Familiarity with digital B2B lending platforms.
