Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities :

Supplier Development and Evaluation,

Enquiry Generation, Comparison with Technical Specification and Cost,

Review and Manage the Supplier Base to Ensure Consistency with the Sourcing Strategy,

Initial Negotiation, PO Approval,

Ensure Commercial, Legel, and Contractual Compliances,

Coordinate with Supplier for Continuous Quality Improvements.

Supplier Evaluation and registration,

Sending Enquiries and getting Quotation from Supplier,

Negotiate With Supplier on Cost, Delivery time, Quality,

Purchase order Drafting and Getting Approved from Seniors and releasing,

Follow up with Supplier to get timely Delivery of Ordered Material,

Ensuring material Received as per PO Terms,

Developing Purchasing or Sourcing Strategies Based on Portfolio Analysis and Supplier Referencing Study,

Develop, implement, And Drive The Procurement strategies In order to meet Cost Savings Targets,

Involve in Dead Stock Analysis and Inventory control Management,

Manage Suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery, performance, schedule, and Quality.
