Job Description for Junior Associate:

• Pre-populate data for Vistras Premium clients (have 8K-10K entities) on behalf of clients
• Extract information from multiple DMS sources, including PDFs and image files. Using this info, complete the forms on behalf of the clients in the system.
• Responsibilities for these resources would include managing emails, excel and pdf documents, populating online forms, peer-to-peer reviews -for minimum QA
• High attention to details is critical.
• Strong active listening skills. English reading and writing skills are necessary; spoken fluency is not.
• Systems MyFormations, VPoint etc
• Take care of production as per the agreed guideline / instructions given to the team
• Liaising with the relevant stakeholders and completing the assigned production tasks.
• Attending the trainings set up for learning the work around the software. Document & Playback understanding of KT (Reverse KT)
• Take ownership of the activities assigned and work on those till closure. Participate in status meetings and highlight any issues to the appropriate Leads
• Deliver all the activities assigned with highest quality and within agreed SLAs

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers. But any interns with exposure to production, Data analysis would have advantage
• Positive, flexible personality, easy to adapt to changes and willing to undertake new tasks.
• Strong team player
• MS Word, MS Excel
• Willing to learn new systems/workflows

• Review teams work where needed and guide/support/enable them in addition to the leads work" this is there in the job description and job advert for SA we have given
