About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong background in the lending domain, particularly in collections. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience working with a lending company, utilizing tools like Excel to provide valuable insights and drive decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights within collections data.

- Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards for management, showcasing key metrics and performance indicators.

- Collaborate with teams to optimize collection strategies and improve performance based on data-driven insights.

- Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all reports.

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

- Utilize Excel to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets, presenting findings clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus in the lending domain.

- Strong experience working with collections data in a lending company.

- Expertise in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data insights in a clear and concise manner.

- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) is a plus.

- Familiarity with lending collections systems and processes is advantageous.
