Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid - 2 days WFO, 12-9 PM shift)

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days
Key Responsibilities :
ServiceNow Design and Architecture :
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
- Ensure the scalability, maintainability, and security of ServiceNow implementations.
Client Collaboration and Communication :
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Technical Leadership :
- Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends.
Implementation and Evaluation :
- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
- Design and implement complex custom applications and integrations.
Specialization in ITOM or ITBM :
- Provide expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) or IT Business Management (ITBM) as part of solutions.
- Advantageous if the candidate has presales experience to support client engagements.
Key Qualifications :
Experience :
- Minimum of 10+ years in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, implementation, development, and support.
- Proven experience in Technology, Customer, Employee, and Creator workflows.
Certifications :
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
Technical Skills :
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience with designing and implementing complex custom applications and integrations.
Soft Skills :
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.
Preferred Qualifications :
Presales Experience :
- Experience in presales activities, including solution proposals and client presentations, is a significant advantage.
