ServiceNow ITOM/HRSD Developer (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.

- Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, business rules, and UI policies.

- Design and develop custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow environment.

- Perform scripting using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance ServiceNow functionality.

- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in testing and deployment activities.

- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, specifically within ITOM, ITAM, and/or HRSD modules.

- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its architecture.

- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including business rules, client scripts, and workflows.

- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work independently1 in a remote environment.
