ServiceNow HRSD Developer (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business analysts to understand HR service delivery requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.

- Design and develop custom ServiceNow workflows, forms, and applications to automate HR processes (e.g , onboarding, offboarding, leave management, performance management).

- Configure and customize ServiceNow HR modules (e.g , Employee Self-Service, Incident Management, Case Management) to meet specific needs and optimize HR service delivery.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other HR systems (e.g , payroll, talent management) using APIs or ServiceNow integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and a unified HR experience.

- Develop high-quality and maintainable ServiceNow scripts (GlideScript) to automate tasks and enhance functionality.

- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality, functionality, and security of developed ServiceNow configurations and customizations.

- Document configurations, customizations, and workflows for future reference and knowledge sharing.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the ServiceNow platform and HR service delivery best practices.

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- 3+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) functionalities and modules.

- Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization tools (e.g , Flow Designer, Form Builder).

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (GlideScript).

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs or integration tools (e.g REST API) is a plus
