Service Now Developer - ITSM/HRSD Modules (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrations.

- Customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

- Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Document all development activities and maintain technical documentation.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and releases.

- Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and implement solutions.

- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and support.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other systems (i.e., ERP, HR).

- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Bonus Points :

- ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist)

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
