Job Responsibilities :

Design & Development :

- Develop high-performance, scalable backend systems using Java.

- Build and maintain microservices architecture using Spring Boot.

Database Management :

- Work on relational and NoSQL databases for data modeling and optimization.

- Design efficient queries for improved application performance.

Event-Driven Systems :

- Implement and manage Kafka for event streaming and real-time data processing.

Code Quality & Best Practices :

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and adhere to industry best practices.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work with cross-functional teams for seamless application development.

- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for CI/CD pipelines.

Troubleshooting & Debugging :

- Identify and resolve issues in production and staging environments.

Must-Have Skills :

- Core Java : Strong knowledge and hands-on experience.

- Spring Framework : Proficiency in Spring and Spring Boot.

- Microservices : Experience in building and managing microservices.

- Database Management : Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

- Kafka : Expertise in event-streaming platforms.

Weekend Drives :

- L1 interviews during weekdays.

- L2 interviews scheduled for weekends.

- Expecting 30 candidate lineups per weekend drive.
