Job Description

Position: Team Member - HRBP

Exp: 14-18yrs

Location: Coimbatore

Shift: 1-10 PM, IST.

Work mode: Office, 5 days a week

Notice period : Immediate joiners or less than a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Contribute towards creating an impactful world-class experience for the employee through the employee life cycle.

2) Run the employee related processes such as Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Pulse survey and Townhalls.

3) Curate a customised engagement plan based on the unique requirements of the business to Achieve the business goals through people success initiatives

. 4) Be the voice of the employee for the leadership supported by relevant data and inferences.

5) Contribute towards the central HR initiatives such as automation and employer branding.

Education Background:

1) Any Graduate/Postgraduate.

2) PGDM/ Post graduation in Human Resources (or a related field) will be preferred
