We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive Accounts Receivable to join our Finance team on a full-time basis:.
Position Description (A brief overview of the overall purpose of the position).
Process owner of Accounts Receivable for the Shared Services to supervise the AR team and ensure efficient, accurate, invoicing, collection, cash application and customer account reconciliations.
Expected to provide subject matter expertise in the area of AR accounting and management.
To drive process standardization, ensure compliance with global policies and contribute to continuous improvement within the AR function.
Major Responsibilities Accountabilities.
Manage end-to-end AR processes, including invoicing, collection, cash applications and DSO management.
Ensure timely and accurate application of payments, resolution of discrepancies, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
Handle escalations regarding collections and support resolution of customer disputes.
Drive process standardization across multiple business units and regions within the shared services framework..
Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to enhance AR processes, leveraging automation and best practices..
Prepare and present AR performance reports, including aging analysis, DSO trends, and cash flow forecasts..
Ensure adherence to corporate policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations (e.g., SOX compliance)..
Optimize the use of ERP systems (QAD) and drive AR automation within the SSC..
