Vish Gyana - Project Manager - Scrum (4-6 yrs)

Position Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead our development teams and drive project success through effective Agile practices.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery by proactively identifying risks and mitigating them.

- Collaborate with the Product Owner/Client to refine and prioritize the product backlog.

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure the development team remains focused, collaborative, and productive by removing blockers and resolving conflicts.

- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders

- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and status reports

- Communicate project status, challenges, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
