Role : Project Manager

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead our development teams and drive project success through effective Agile practices.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery by proactively identifying risks and mitigating them.

- Collaborate with the Product Owner/Client to refine and prioritize the product backlog.

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure the development team remains focused, collaborative, and productive by removing blockers and resolving conflicts.

- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders

- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and status reports

- Communicate project status, challenges, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.

- Guide the team and organization in applying Agile practices and principles.

- Mentor team members and provide guidance on professional development

- Present project updates and performance metrics in executive-level meetings

- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

- Proven experience in managing software development projects, preferably using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and ceremonies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com).

- Experience with various project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).

- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with specific development methodologies (Lean, Kanban, XP).

- Experience with project portfolio management.

- Relevant certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM).

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
