Job Description
The role includes working with business owners to understand requirements, defining and implementing technical solutions, application implementation and support, integration and management of Web sites.
- Build engaging, usable, and accessible UI applications/components/code libraries for web.
- Build Single Page Applications that consume REST services
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
- Design, code and integrate application business layer as required.
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Create or update design and UI documentation.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience

Aggressive work tracking using code commits, jira epics done etc. Night calls regularly. Lack of team spirit. Everyone is working individually. Quality of crowd has gone down drastically. Those joined in 2023 or later are workaholic. Increments are low < 10% starting 2024.
