Job Description
- Support the design and development of core platform infrastructure needed to grow Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) in AP
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve end-to-end project lifecycle order, champions initiatives from start to completion.
- Lead and manage projects to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational adoption of new processes and technologies
- Track and report on project performance metrics, including KPIs, ROI, and other key success indicators, to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
- Prepare process documentation and provide training the organisation
- Minimum of 5+ years work experience. International experience and exposure to matrixed organizations preferable.
- Proficient in using standard MS Office tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.).
