MS Teams (Support Engineer / SME)

This role is for Unified Communications consultant with expertise on Unified Communication Microsoft Teams (migration and implementation), server, voice and data systems implementation and associated project management methodologyExperience: 7 to 9 years .
2nd line incident resolution of applications and data issues related to MS Teams and related servicesProactive management of the global infrastructure to maximize performance and reliabilityEnsure system integrity, security and recoverabilityProvide technical advice and education to the junior engineersDrive opportunities for process and service improvementDeliver solutions to recurring issues to drive process improvement.
Good knowledge in ITIL process.
Strong technical expertise in Collaboration services, especially in Unified communications Microsoft teams(Deployment, migration & configuration, Support experience), Polycom & Yealink devices, EICC telephony solutions and over all telephony services t/bExcellent Scripting and PowerShell expertiseGood networking knowledge (TCP/IP, OSI Layers), LAN, WAN migration and supportGood understanding of Teams Direct RoutingGood understanding of Hybrid environment (Lync online/SFB onlineExcellent understanding in Active Directory and MS ExchangeSonus, Cisco and other voice solution deployment, configuration and supportMicrosoft IIS, SCCM and SSL certificate support, deployment and configurationKnowledge in ITIL process.
Any networking certifications like CCNA will be an added advantageFlexible to handle priority issues and escalationsStrong interpersonal communication skills.
