This role will be responsible for supporting the leasing/projects/operation teams by providing advice on Asset/Development Finance matters across the range of the organization’s activities.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Modeling†Develop and maintain detailed financial models for asset acquisitions, development projects, and investment strategies.
• Conduct cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and valuations to assess project viability and returns.
• Analyze and monitor the financial performance of existing assets and development projects.
Transaction Structuring

• Assist in structuring financing solutions for development and acquisition projects, including debt and equity financing.
• Work on creating and evaluating debt/equity funding structures, including mezzanine finance, senior debt, and joint ventures.
• Support in preparing presentations for stakeholders, investors, and lenders.
Market Research:• Conduct market research on real estate trends, property valuations, and development opportunities.
• Analyze industry reports and benchmarks to identify new business development opportunities.
Project Management Support:
• Work alongside project managers and development teams to track the progress of development projects.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and operations teams to ensure compliance with regulations and financial structures.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:• Work closely with cross-functional teams including legal, operations, and accounting to ensure proper execution of financial strategies.
• Ensure smooth communication between development, asset management, and finance teams
Qualifications / Experience Required
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in asset management, development finance, or a related field (e.g., investment banking, private equity, real estate finance).
